Duties
- Manage calls to schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate services.
- Perform data entry, document filing, and accurate record-keeping using QuickBooks. Manage permits for various cities.
- Assist with accounting tasks, such as invoicing, payments, and expense tracking.
- Provide customer support via phone and email.
- Assist with office management tasks, including supply inventory, document organization, and general administrative support.
Experience
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace applications, and QuickBooks.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills; bilingualism is required.
- Familiarity with office management procedures, data entry, filing systems, and calendar management.
- Ability to write accurately in English and Spanish.
