Job description- Receptionist / Administration Assistant
L&C Royal Management is a Full Service Property Management Company that is looking for a Receptionist/ Administration Assistant. This Receptionist/ Administration Assistant provides a wide variety of administrative support services. Performs office work directly related to property management and the general business operations of the association.
The Receptionist/ Administration Assistant also provides exemplary service in a manner consistent with the values and mission of the L&C Royal Management. He or she performs all responsibilities while demonstrating outstanding customer service skills representative of L&C Royal Management as it relates to this function. This includes working interdepartmentally, as well as, with our external customer's. This Receptionist/ Administration Assistant provides a wide variety of administrative support services. Performs office work directly related to property management and the general business operations of the association.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
· Answers telephones and provides information to callers, handle their inquiries, takes messages, and/or directs them appropriately.
· Responsible for front office duties including greeting, announcing, and directing visitors accordingly.
· Assists with daily operations including data entry.
· Receives and distributes incoming correspondence as needed.
· Operates office equipment (fax machines, copiers/scanners/printers, phone systems, and computers).
· Completes forms and work processes in accordance with company guidelines.
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing results as needed.
· Models and acts in accordance with company guiding principles and core values.
· Maintains a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
· Performs other related duties as assigned.
