What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Success & Sales Operations Lead position at ttg Talent Solutions?
Customer Success & Sales Operations Lead
Location: Coral Gables, FL — In Office
Reports to: Managing Partner
About the Role
ttg is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and hands-on Customer Success & Sales Operations Lead to support sales execution, follow-up discipline, recruiting coordination, and workflow improvement across the business.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things moving, solving problems quickly, and bringing structure to a fast-paced environment. The person in this role will help ensure that follow-ups happen on time, priorities move forward, the team stays organized and accountable, and operational bottlenecks do not slow down execution.
This is a high-touch, hands-on role for someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves, stay close to the day-to-day activity of the business, and help drive discipline, visibility, and follow-through across the commercial process. The right candidate will help create stronger execution across sales and delivery while also supporting internal coordination and talent identification. This person should understand workflow from beginning to end, identify where execution breaks down, and help strengthen the process as the business continues to evolve.
This position also supports workflow improvement initiatives, including practical use of AI and automation tools where they make sense. The role does not require hands-on technical development, but it does require the ability to understand how work moves through the organization, identify where technology can improve execution, and help guide implementation in a tactical, business-centered way. Technology should support the process, not become the process. Human judgment will always remain central.
This person will also support the development of ttg’s sales organization by helping identify, screen, and evaluate potential sales talent, assisting with onboarding structure, reinforcing sales activity discipline, and helping leadership build a more accountable and scalable commercial team.
This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to grow with the company. ttg is not a large corporate environment with fully built-out systems and layers of process already in place. We are looking for someone who is comfortable helping create, improve, and strengthen processes as the business scales.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive follow-up discipline, accountability, and execution across the commercial process
- Track activity, pipeline movement, client meetings, open items, and next steps
- Help leadership keep priorities organized, visible, and moving across the team
- Identify bottlenecks, breakdowns, and delays in workflow and help resolve them quickly
- Help align sales, recruiting, and delivery by navigating friction points objectively, resolving cross-functional conflicts with maturity and sound judgment, and keeping decisions focused on business needs, client outcomes, and execution
- Support coordination between sales, recruiting, and delivery to improve execution and responsiveness
- Assist with screening and identifying strong internal talent, especially for sales and operational support roles
- Build and maintain trackers, reports, dashboards, and Excel-based tools to improve visibility and discipline
- Understand workflows across the business and help improve them over time
- Support practical workflow improvement initiatives, including selective use of AI and automation tools where they add value without reducing accountability or human oversight
- Help reinforce the day-to-day use of tools such as ChatGPT and other business productivity platforms where they improve speed, consistency, and execution
- Support the Managing Partner in identifying, screening, and evaluating potential sales and business development talent.
- Help build structure around the sales team, including activity expectations, follow-up cadence, pipeline visibility, meeting tracking, and accountability standards.
- Assist with onboarding and ramp-up support for new sales team members by helping document expectations, workflows, tools, and follow-up processes.
- Help evaluate where sales execution is breaking down and recommend practical improvements to improve activity, responsiveness, and client conversion.
- Support the creation of simple sales playbooks, call scripts, outreach templates, meeting follow-up structures, and performance trackers.

- Sound judgment in identifying where technology, AI, or automation tools make practical sense, while maintaining strong human oversight
- Professional presence, maturity, and the ability to create structure without becoming bureaucratic
- Ability to recognize strong sales talent and assess whether a person has the discipline, urgency, communication skills, and accountability needed to succeed in business development.
- Comfort supporting the build-out of a sales team, including helping define expectations, structure workflows, and reinforce performance discipline.
