Job Title: Project Manager - HVAC
Location: Miami, FL (On-site)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Type of Contract: Direct Hire
Salary: $95,000 - $140,000/year (based on experience)

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee large-scale HVAC projects in commercial, industrial, or institutional environments. This position is responsible for the full project lifecycle—from planning to completion—ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.

The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in HVAC systems and construction management, exceptional leadership, and a track record of successfully managing complex projects. You'll serve as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring operational excellence throughout all phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of HVAC construction projects.
• Manage project scope, schedules, and budgets.
• Direct project teams including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate procurement and delivery of materials and equipment.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships throughout project lifecycle.
• Provide mentoring and guidance to junior project managers.
• Utilize project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) for tracking and reporting.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely project closeout.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Commercial experience is a must
• PMP certification preferred.
• HVAC certifications (e.g., EPA, NATE) highly desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years (Project Manager) or 8 years (Senior PM) managing HVAC projects.
• Proven experience managing large-scale commercial or industrial HVAC projects.
• Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in project management and construction tools.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites.
