Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate responses to customer inquiries related to spare parts, orders, and delivery status
- Facilitate resolution of delivery issues by collaborating with internal teams and external partners
- Process and manage customer and supplier data related to spare parts provisioning and services
- Enter, track, and monitor customer orders, material requirements, and returns
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in order processing and documentation
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to support seamless order fulfillment
- Support continuous improvement of processes within customer service and supply chain operations
- Experience in customer service, order management, or supply chain operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage order resolution effectively
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured and efficient manner
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and service excellence
- Experience working with material tracking or logistics systems
- Ability to collaborate across teams and build strong working relationships
