TSR Consulting is currently seeking a highly motivated SAP HR – Concur Consultant for a hybrid opportunity in Chattanooga or Knoxville, Tennessee
Role: SAP HR – Concur Consultant
Duration: 1 Year
Location: Chattanooga / Knoxville, Tennessee
Required Skills:
- Work on SAP HR (SuccessFactors / ECC HCM / Mini Master in S4 HANA) and SAP Concur across the full project lifecycle — from gathering requirements to go-live support.
- Configure and integrate HR modules — including organization structure, position management, job requisition, and employee self-service features.
- Design and optimize travel and expense workflows in SAP Concur to align with HR and finance policies.
- Manage day-to-day system operations — user roles, data sync, and master data maintenance across HR and Concur.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for users and business teams.
- Troubleshoot issues, handle escalations, and support testing during system upgrades or enhancements.
- Collaborate with IT, HR, and Finance teams to ensure smooth integrations, data accuracy, and compliance.
- Maintain clear documentation for system configuration, business processes, and testing.
- Provide ongoing support and resolve tickets related to SAP HR and Concur modules.
