Job Description

We are seeking an Events Marketing Manager, Audience Engagement to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in multi-channel digital marketing, marketing analytics, and campaign management and a proven ability to drive event registrations and engagement for healthcare professional audiences, particularly in oncology.

Responsibilities:

• Create omni-channel marketing strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and participation for medical education live events for HCPs.
• Implement and monitor campaigns to meet attendee, registration, and revenue goals.
• Collaborate with product management to project and track program performance related to registration and traffic drivers.
• Partner with Data Analytics to create quarterly event performance reports.
• Coordinate and execute tactics across internal teams and partner opportunities within marketing plans.
• Work with social media specialists to publish posts and optimize engagement.
• Provide ongoing reporting and analysis to inform and support business decisions.
• Create and disseminate summary reports, including email and onsite channel performance reviews, to update stakeholders.
• Interface with Sales and internal teams to address program performance issues.
• Share channel performance data, identify new market trends, and recommend strategies to improve email and social media engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in multi-channel marketing.
• BA/BS in Marketing preferred.
• Demonstrated marketing strategy and campaign management skills.
• Proactive and detail-oriented work style with strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to lead projects with limited direction.
• Excellent teamwork, written, and verbal communication skills with cross-functional experience.
• Organizational, operational, analytical, and project management proficiency.
• Ability to represent and communicate data-driven analysis to various departments.
• Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with direct-to-physician marketing.
• Background in healthcare or oncology event marketing.
