Job Title: Assistant Process Engineer
Location: Devens, MA
Duration: 6 months, with a possibility of extension
Pay Rate: $20–$29/hr on W2
Work Arrangement: Hybrid/onsite, with a minimum of 50% onsite presence
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday during normal business hours
Experience Level: Entry-level to junior professional, ideally 1–3 years of experience
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related engineering or scientific discipline.
- Experience working in a GMP/cGMP-regulated environment, preferably within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, biopharmaceutical, or medical device manufacturing.
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
- Good analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with GMP documentation, manufacturing records, and electronic data systems.
