Qualifications:
Federal experience is not required. Experience may have been gained in the public sector, private sector or through Volunteer Service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-timework is considered on a prorated basis. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To qualify for this position, you must meet the qualification requirements outlined below:
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: GRADE 14: You must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the grade 13 level in the federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes:
- Using Visual Studio & SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS);
- Applying the methods, precedents, and guidelines related to individual and/or business accounts;
- Identifying and treating identity theft, fraudulent, or fabricated accounts for individual, business, or tax preparer accounts;
- Conducting program or operational reviews to identify process improvements;
- Utilizing inventory management procedures to monitor, manage and recommend improvements for multiple program processes;
- Leading projects that involve cross-function or external coordination;
- Gathering and writing requirements for program or system updates/improvements;
- Using technical methods and practices such as program analysis, process analysis, and available system capabilities to identify, recommend and implement process improvements;
- Using oral and written communications to present recommendations and program updates to internal and external stakeholders.
AND
You must also meet the following requirements
- MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: Minimum age for federal employment is 18 years old, or at least 16 years old and have:
- Graduated from high school or been awarded a certificate equivalent to graduating from high school; or
- Completed a formal vocational training program; or
- Received a statement from school authorities agreeing with your preference for employment rather than continuing your education.

Responsibilities:
The following are the duties of this position at the full working level. If this vacancy includes more than one grade and you are selected at a lower grade level, you will have the opportunity to learn to perform these duties and receive training to help you grow in this position.- Performs assignments that are agency-wide in scope and have significant impact on issues facing the operating unit. Conducts Business Reviews of field and headquarters offices, serves on task forces or study groups, and performs independent analyses of area or nationwide program operations.
- Comprehensively plans, analyzes, determines cost/benefit relationships, and coordinates a variety of functions, operations, teams, or interfacing administrative systems.
- Independently studies complex problems facing operating unit functions or those of particular concern within specialized areas of the organization. This may require coordinating input from activities outside the division and identifying new methods of performing work.
Salary : $125,776
