Trustpoint.One is pleased to partner with a nationally recognized plaintiff-side trial firm specializing in complex federal litigation, including antitrust and other high-stakes commercial matters. Due to continued growth, the firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its expanding team in Miami, Florida. This is an add-to-staff role supporting an active trial docket.
The Litigation Paralegal will work closely with attorneys on all aspects of case preparation, with significant exposure to federal court practice and trial preparation. This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced, trial-driven environment and is looking to deepen their litigation skill set.
Litigation Paralegal Position Overview:
The Litigation Paralegal will support attorneys through all phases of litigation, including cases preparing for trial. Attendance at trial is strongly preferred, and travel may be required depending on case needs.
Key Responsibilities of the Litigation Paralegal:
- Support attorneys in complex federal litigation matters from inception through trial
- Prepare and manage pleadings, discovery, and trial materials
- Assist with deposition and trial preparation, including exhibits and witness coordination
- Coordinate with experts, vendors, and court personnel
- Manage filings in federal court (CM/ECF)
- Organize and maintain case files and discovery databases
- Provide on-site trial support when required
Qualifications of the Litigation Paralegal:
- Prior experience as a litigation paralegal (plaintiff or defense experience accepted)
- Strong understanding of federal court procedures
- Trial preparation and/or trial attendance experience strongly preferred
- Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel for trial, as needed
- Overtime may be required during trial periods and must be approved in advance

Salary : $60,000 - $90,000
