Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary: $90,000 -$100,000 commensurate with experience
- On-site position in the Firm's Miami office

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare trial materials, including binders, exhibits, witness files, and evidence.
- Support attorneys through all stages of a case, from filing to post-trial.
- Draft and format legal documents such as pleadings, motions, discovery, and subpoenas.
- Conduct legal and factual research and summarize findings.
- Manage documents and e-discovery, including indexing and production tracking.
- Communicate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and vendors.
- Assist with deposition scheduling, preparation, and exhibits.
- Maintain case calendars, deadlines, and timelines.
Qualifications:
- Solid trial experience in both state and federal courts (required).
- Commercial litigation experience (required).
- Antitrust litigation experience (preferred).
- 3-5 years of paralegal experience in a litigation-focused environment.
- Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, court rules, and case management.
- Proficiency with legal research tools and litigation support software.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Salary : $90,000 - $100,000
