Boutique law firm in Miami focusing on complex commercial litigation and catastrophic personal injury cases is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join their team.
Hours: 9am – 6pm
Job duties include but not limited to:
– Assist in the drafting and review of legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and motions.
– Manage legal case files and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
– Provide executive administrative support, including scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars.
– Review documents for relevance and accuracy as part of the discovery process.
– Organize case materials and prepare exhibits for court proceedings.
– Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in legal matters.
– Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in compliance with legal standards.
*Qualifications*
– Proven experience as a Paralegal or in a similar role within a legal environment.
– Proficiency in document review processes and legal case management software.
– Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
– Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills.
– A degree or certification in paralegal studies or a related field is preferred.
