Position Overview
A nationally recognized Plaintiff Law Firm specializing in Antitrust and Business Litigation is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its Miami, Florida office. This role supports complex, high-stakes litigation and requires substantial trial and litigation experience. The position is fully in-office and offers the opportunity to work closely with attorneys on matters from inception through trial and appeal.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive litigation support across all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, trial preparation, trial, and post-trial/appellate matters
- Manage and maintain case files, both electronic and physical, ensuring accuracy, organization, and compliance with firm and court standards
- Perform legal research using platforms such as LexisNexis and Westlaw
- Assist with cite-checking, fact-checking, and preparation of briefs and other court filings
- Manage and support e-discovery databases, including document review and production (Relativity experience preferred)
- Coordinate filings and ensure compliance with federal and state court rules and deadlines
- Communicate effectively with attorneys, support staff, clients, and external vendors as needed
Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
