Associate Attorney – Estate Planning & General Business Law
Location: Sarasota, Florida (100% In Office)
Compensation: $90,000–$130,000 base salary, depending on experience, plus generous bonuses
Our Estate Planning & General Business Law practice is seeking an Associate Attorney with 0–3 years of experience to join our collaborative team in Sarasota, Florida. Role Overview
The Associate will work directly with seasoned practitioners on a wide range of matters, including:
- Family estate planning and business succession planning
- Entity formation and structuring
- Drafting operating and shareholder agreements
- General business counseling
Qualifications
- 0–3 years of legal experience
- Strong drafting, analytical, and research skills
- Excellent academic credentials
- Admission to (or pending admission to) The Florida Bar
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and highly organized
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
