The Opportunity
Our client, a highly respected law firm with a dynamic Palo Alto office, is seeking a Corporate Attorney with Emerging Growth & Venture Capital experience. In this role, you will work closely with partners advising cutting-edge companies across their full lifecycle—from early-stage formation to high-stakes financings and strategic exits.
What You’ll Do
- Support the leading Partner with drafting and negotiating term sheets and engagement letters
- Advise emerging growth companies and venture-backed businesses
- Support venture financings, M&A transactions, and capital markets activities
- Contribute to complex corporate and securities matters in fast-paced, high-growth industries
What Our Client Is Looking For
- Proven experience in Emerging Growth & Venture Capital law (5 years, ideally)
- Active California bar license and residency in California (required)
- Strong drafting, analytical, and client-facing skills
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, high-performance environment
