Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience
- Experience with pleadings, motion practice, discovery, depositions, and court appearances
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Active and good standing member of the Florida Bar (required)
- Ability to manage cases independently while working effectively with a team
What You’ll Do
- Handle a diverse litigation caseload from inception through resolution
- Draft motions, pleadings, and discovery
- Participate in hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials
- Work closely with senior attorneys on complex and high-profile matters
- Build direct client relationships

Salary : $130,000 - $200,000
