Your Role
As a Medical Assistant at TrustCare, you’ll be a key part of the care team—ensuring lab processes run smoothly, safely, and with precision. You’ll support essential diagnostics that help guide patient care, all while creating a warm, respectful, and organized environment for patients and teammates alike.

Qualifications:What You’ll Do
- Perform routine laboratory tests and technical procedures with accuracy and care
- Maintain clean, safe, and compliant lab conditions in accordance with OSHA and infection control guidelines
- Support the team by organizing and stocking lab supplies and maintaining equipment
- Ensure quality standards are met by following testing protocols and recording results accurately
- Collaborate with clinical staff to provide timely, reliable lab support as part of a coordinated patient care experience
- Pitch in on other tasks as needed—because at TrustCare, we all work together to make things better for patients

Qualifications to Shine
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior lab or clinical experience is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right candidate
Position Details & Work Environment
- Type of Role: Full-time, Hourly, Non-Exempt
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 2pm to 9pm
- Work Environment: Clinic setting; work is primarily sedentary with occasional movement around the lab
- Equipment Used: Standard laboratory and diagnostic equipment
