What are the responsibilities and job description for the Courier position at TrustCare?
Your Role
As a Courier, you’ll ensure that materials move efficiently between TrustCare sites. From delivering lab specimens and sensitive records to restocking supplies and managing inventory, you’ll help keep our clinics running without interruption. This role requires excellent time management, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and professionalism.
What You’ll Do
- Pick up and deliver specimens, documents, supplies, and other materials between TrustCare locations
- Load and unload deliveries using safe handling techniques and accurate documentation
- Create and place supply orders based on established par levels in the inventory management system
- Organize and stock inventory upon delivery, ensuring items are stored properly and rotated by expiration date
- Maintain accurate transport records and follow procedures for handling sensitive or high-value items, including confidential materials and cash
- Plan daily routes efficiently to ensure timely service
- Assist with special projects or other duties as assigned by the Inventory Manager
Position Details & Work Environment
- Type of Role: Full-Time, Hourly, Non-Exempt
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM- 4:30 PM
- Travel: Required between multiple TrustCare locations
- Work Environment: This role requires operating a vehicle and physical activity including walking, lifting, reaching, and kneeling

Qualifications to Shine
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 6 months of previous experience in a courier or delivery role preferred
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and walking for extended periods
