Our client is an organization in the Racine County area that’s looking for an FP&A Manager. Our client is looking for someone with 7 years of experience, detail-oriented, and has excellent leadership skills. This company offers flexibility, a collaborative team, and competitive benefits. The salary for this position is $130k - $165k.
The FP&A Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with IT to evaluate long-term investments and assess financial statement impact
- Lead annual budgeting process, including operating and capital expenditures
- Own forecasting, month-end analysis, and variance reporting to support decision-making
- Analyze financial results and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to optimize spend
- Develop and maintain financial models for multi-year planning and investment analysis
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and accounting standards
- Operate as a hands-on individual contributor, managing end-to-end FP&A responsibilities
The FP&A Manager will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
- 7 years of progressive experience
- Strong background in financial analysis, forecasting, and operational controlling
- A process and data-driven professional with the ability to think critically and translate complex data for various audiences.
- A disciplined, trustworthy, and self-motivated professional with the ability to work independently with limited direction.
