QUALIFICATIONS/ABILITIES:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA/CMA a plus.
- 7 years of progressive finance experience with at least 2 years in FP&A, planning, or business partnering.
- Demonstrated ability to lead budgeting, forecasting, and executive storytelling in a dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and financial modeling capability; experience with BI tools (Power BI) preferred.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations for executive audiences.
- High integrity, strong business judgment, and ability to challenge constructively.
- Project management mindset: able to drive cadence, deadlines, and cross-functional follow-through.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including presentation skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES – HOW THIS POSITION SUPPORTS THE VISION include the following, but are not limited to:
- Own and manage the annual budget process, including calendar, templates, assumptions governance, and executive review materials.
- Lead the monthly rolling forecast process (base/upside/downside) and ensure consistent assumptions across lines of business.
- Develop and deliver the monthly management reporting package, including bridges, key drivers, and action tracking.
- Partner with executive leaders to evaluate performance, identify opportunities/risks, and recommend actions.
- Oversee FP&A sub-teams: Business Intelligence, Pricing & Program Administration, and Planning & Analysis.
- Collaborate with Controller to ensure alignment between management reporting and financial statements (one version of the truth).
- Support strategic initiatives including pricing governance, profitability improvement, working capital analysis, and capital planning.
- Establish measurable BI/AI productivity initiatives and report value realization quarterly.
- Keep management informed of significant trends, risks, and opportunities.

- Budgets and forecasts are delivered on-time with clear assumptions and scenarios.
- Management pack delivered by Day 7 with accurate bridges and actionable insights.
- Improved forecast accuracy and reduced surprises for leadership.
- Documented productivity offsets from BI/AI (reports automated, hours saved, reduced ad-hoc requests).
- Positive perception of FP&A partnership from internal business partners.
