Client Service Specialist (41982)
Our client is Wealth Management company in the Fox Valley area looking for a Client Service Specialist. This company is looking for someone with previous client experience, who is highly organized and has excellent attention to detail.
The salary range for this position is $50k-70k.
The Client Service Specialist will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide comprehensive client service support.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients.
- Prepare and process standard client forms.
- Assist with account onboarding.
- Maintain CRM records and documentation.
- Prepare client meeting packets and support coordination.
- Monitor client account activity.
- Assist with training new staff.
- Perform other duties as needed.
The Client Service Specialist will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1 years in client services or financial service operations.
- Strong time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, detailed orientated, and a problem solver.
