- This position will work onsite in our Ballard Operations Center in Appleton, WI.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for client requests which include check deposits, official bank check requests, check/statement copies, remote deposit capture reviews, and return mail processing.
- Processes client requests to mail documents by verifying address details, preparing materials for mailing, and documenting completion in the client record. Processing of inactive notices and verification of deposits.
- Handle sensitive telephone and internet communications with clients, which may include highly confidential information and influence behavior through verbal communication to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist other areas of the Deposit Operations department with various tasks as needed.
- Responsible for research requests received from internal and external clients related to transactions.
- Adherence to regulations relating to deposit functions throughout the bank is required. For example, Regulation CC and Regulation E.
- Ability to take on and manage additional projects, including continuous improvement opportunities, outside of the regular daily duties.
Required:
- High school/equivalent education
- Bank operations platform experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal and customer-service skills
- Good organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work quickly and accurately, both independently and as a part of a team, with interruptions to meet deadlines.
