Corporate Accounting Supervisor (43078)

Responsibilities:
- Oversee key areas of the month-end close, including journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, and financial reporting.
- Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses in accordance with GAAP.
- Support corporate accounting activities across multiple entities, including consolidations and intercompany transactions.
- Strengthen internal controls, improve accounting processes, and identify opportunities for automation and greater efficiency.
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance and other business leaders to resolve accounting matters and support organizational initiatives.
- Assist with external audits, technical accounting matters, and special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
- 5 years of progressive corporate accounting or public accounting experience.
- Previous supervisory, team leadership, or mentoring experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, month-end close, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Experience within a multi-entity or complex corporate environment is a plus.
- CPA or progress toward certification preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a collaborative, hands-on approach.
