Accounting Assistant– Addison, IL
$50,000 - $58,000/Annually (Plus full benefits, 401(k) match, 3 weeks PTO)

What You’ll Do:
- Assist with day-to-day Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions, including invoice processing, payment tracking, account updates, and vendor communication
- Enter financial data and maintain accurate records in our accounting systems
- Provide backup support for billing and prepare invoice packets
- Collect data and create reports using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Support bank reconciliation activities and AP vendor payments, ensuring transactions are accurate and properly recorded
- Communicate with internal departments, customers, and vendors to help keep information and requests moving
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3 months of accounting experience - internships will be considered
- High school diploma required
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with numbers and data
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a smaller, team-oriented office environment
