Truity Partners is supporting a manufacturer in Waukesha, WI with their search for an Accounting Specialist. This is a direct hire (permanent from day one) opportunity. The role will be 100% onsite with an 8:00am-5:00pm schedule (possibility for hybrid down the line). Preferred compensation is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, with flexibility based on experience and qualifications.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accounts payable
- Accounts receivable
- Reconciliations
- Assisting with job costing and project-based accounting
- Supporting day-to-day accounting
- Reporting support
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 years of relevant accounting experience required
- QuickBooks Online experience preferred
- Manufacturing industry experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- ERP experience highly preferred
- Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
