Truity Partners is supporting an established manufacturing organization in the Oconomowoc, WI area with their search for an Accounting Specialist / Junior Accountant. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a 100% onsite schedule (flexibility for life situations). Target compensation is estimated at $55,000–$70,000 based on experience and qualifications.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes (invoice entry, billing, payments, reconciliations)
- Assist with customer invoicing, collections follow-up, and cash application
- Help manage vendor payments and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare and maintain Excel-based reports and schedules
- Assist with month-end close, documentation, and ad hoc accounting projects
QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field highly preferred
- Prior experience with Accounts Payable and/or Receivable
- Strong Excel skills required
- Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
- Ability to work well in a collaborative, onsite environment
- Recent graduates will be considered
