Job Title - Junior AccountantJob Location - HYBRID - Milwaukee, Wisconsin, 53202 (3Days office, 2 Days Remote)Duration: 12 Months FTE CONVERSION POSSIBLEPay : $20.94/hrShift : WORKING HOURS: 8:30-5:30 cstHYBRID: 3 DAYS PER WEEK IN OFFICE REQUIREDTOP REQUIREMENTS: Ability to Multi-Task, complete work accurately and timely, work in fast paced environment.JOB DESCRIPTION:- Works as part of a team responsible to maintain the general ledger and records of mutual funds of varying complexity and producing end of day net asset value calculation.- Prepares daily general ledger accounting, prime broker/bank cash reconciliations, advisor/portfolio management processing, corporate action application, expense accrual/payment postings, daily net asset value and mill rate determinations, portfolio pricing analysis/validations, timely internal/external information distributions, portfolio reconciliations, etc.- Partners with various internal/external administrators, transfer agencies and prime brokers/custodian relationships collaborating on compliance, audit and financials, while ensuring all Fund Accounting functions are in compliance with SEC regulations and GAAP principles.Works as part of a team responsible to maintain the general ledger and records of mutual funds of varying complexity and producing end of day net asset value calculation.
