We’re seeking an Antitrust Paralegal with strong experience supporting complex litigation and regulatory matters who is eager to deliver exceptional client service without sacrificing personal balance.
Responsibilities
- Support attorneys in managing and litigating complex antitrust cases involving mergers, monopolization and unfair competition
- Assist with document review, fact investigation, discovery responses and trial preparation
- Conduct legal and economic research related to DOJ and FTC investigations and enforcement actions
- Organize case files, maintain databases and coordinate communication with clients, experts and government agencies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate from an accredited program
- 3 years of experience as a litigation or antitrust paralegal in a law firm or corporate environment
- Familiarity with the Sherman Act, Clayton Act and FTC Act
- Excellent organizational, research and communication skills with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency
