HOA Development Attorney

Based in South Florida with opportunities in Miami Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach, we are a well-established Florida law firm known for its client-focused approach collaborative culture and commitment to delivering practical results. The firm's real estate practice is expanding and seeking an experienced Condominium & HOA Development Attorney to join a growing team handling sophisticated real estate development matters. This role is ideal for a seasoned real estate attorney who values developer representation client relationships and long-term professional stability within a supportive firm environment. Compensation: $180,000–$300,000. Hybrid (3 Days In-Office)

Responsibilities

• Represent developers in condominium and homeowners' association development projects from initial structuring through developer-to-owner turnover
• Draft and review condominium declarations bylaws governing documents and disclosure materials with accuracy and efficiency
• Advise clients on condominium formation HOA governance and compliance with Florida condominium and HOA laws
• Manage complex development transactions independently while collaborating with attorneys and other professionals on sophisticated projects

Qualifications

• JD with strong academic credentials and Florida Bar admission preferred (attorneys licensed elsewhere who are willing to obtain Florida admission may be considered)
• 5 years of real estate law experience representing developers with condominium and HOA development experience preferred
• Strong organizational communication and time management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-volume environment
• Excellent drafting negotiation and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple complex matters independently
