Legal Assistant

Based in Tampa, FL, we are an established legal services firm committed to responsive client representation and professional growth. The office is expanding and seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior attorneys and provide administrative leadership across multiple practice areas. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who values calendar management, client coordination, and long-term professional stability within a collaborative firm environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple attorney calendars appointments and travel arrangements while coordinating daily schedules and maintaining accurate scheduling and supporting materials
• Draft edit and finalize correspondence legal documents memos contracts and related materials while ensuring proper formatting proofreading and document quality
• Handle client communications process business development inquiries manage billing and expense reporting in Aderant and maintain file systems in iManage and InterAction
• Conduct research using regulatory and property databases coordinate meeting notices CLE reporting and administrative tasks while providing support across multiple attorneys and departments

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Paralegal Studies Business Administration or related field preferred
• 3 years of administrative or legal support experience in a law firm or corporate legal environment with demonstrated ability to manage multiple calendars and professionals
• Strong organizational communication and time management skills with excellent written and verbal abilities and ability to work independently and anticipate needs
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Aderant iManage and InterAction platforms preferred with strong attention to detail and professional client service skills
