What You'll Do as the Project Manager:
- Manage residential restoration projects from initial scope through completion
- Oversee subcontractors, trades, schedules, and daily job site activity
- Track budgets and ensure projects stay aligned with approved estimates
- Work within insurance pricing structures to maintain profitability
- Use Xactimate to review estimates, costs, and change orders
- Communicate with homeowners and provide consistent project updates
- Coordinate materials, timelines, and project milestones
Must-Haves as the Project Manager:
- Experience managing residential construction or restoration projects
- Strong working knowledge of Xactimate
- Understanding of insurance-driven project pricing and limitations
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Strong communication and leadership skills
