The Role
We’re looking for an Operations Manager to help keep things running smoothly day-to-day. Oversee daily field operations, fleet management, technician performance, financial metrics, and operational strategy. This individual will work closely with ownership to ensure operational excellence, profitability, and exceptional customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Operations Management
· Oversee daily mitigation service operations
· Manage scheduling efficiency, workflow, and job completion standards
· Ensure high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service
· Monitor operational KPIs and continuously improve performance
· Oversee maintenance, readiness, and utilization of company vehicles
Team Leadership
· Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project managers and technicians
· Foster a positive, accountable, and performance-driven work culture
· Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and ongoing development
· Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of top talent
· Maintain KPIs related to lead conversion, profit margin, job cycle and invoicing timeline
· Identify opportunities to improve margins and operational efficiency
· Collaborate directly with ownership on growth and operational strategy
· Implement process improvements to support scalable growth
· Support business planning, expansion, and operational excellence
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in operations, project management, or similar role
- Restoration, construction, or service industry experience is preferred
- IIICRC certifications preferred
- Experience working in a growth-focused service company
- Someone who is organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Strong communicator who can work with both office and field teams
- Someone who takes ownership and likes to solve problems
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, growing company
