Trueline's client, a rapidly growing business funding organization, is seeking an Outbound Growth Marketing Manager to join their team in Edison, NJ. This is a high-impact opportunity for a growth-minded marketer who can build, optimize, and scale outbound acquisition systems that generate qualified opportunities and drive revenue. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with creative problem-solving and thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

What You'll Do as the Outbound Growth Marketing Manager:

  • Build, launch, and optimize outbound email campaigns at scale
  • Own and manage cold email acquisition strategy from prospecting through conversion
  • Configure and maintain outbound infrastructure across platforms such as Instantly.ai, Smartlead, Apollo, Clay, and similar tools
  • Monitor and improve deliverability, inbox placement, and sender reputation
  • Manage domain health, email authentication, and warm-up processes
  • Develop audience segmentation strategies and personalized outreach campaigns
  • Create and test messaging, subject lines, call-to-actions, and campaign structures
  • Build and refine prospect lists through data enrichment and targeting strategies
  • Track campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization
  • Generate regular reporting on pipeline creation, conversion metrics, and ROI
  • Partner with leadership to support growth initiatives and revenue goals
  • Implement automation workflows that improve efficiency and scalability

Must-Haves as the Outbound Growth Marketing Manager:

  • Hands-on experience running outbound email campaigns
  • Experience with Instantly.ai, Smartlead, Apollo, Clay, Lemlist, or similar outbound platforms
  • Strong understanding of email deliverability best practices
  • Experience configuring SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and related email authentication protocols
  • Experience managing domain health and inbox reputation
  • Knowledge of outbound lead generation and appointment-setting strategies
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to optimization
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting abilities
  • Ability to work independently and execute quickly in a fast-paced environment

Nice-to-Haves as the Outbound Growth Marketing Manager:

  • Experience in financial services, lending, insurance, or other high-volume lead generation industries
  • Experience building outbound programs from the ground up
  • Experience integrating outbound tools with CRM systems
  • Knowledge of AI-driven personalization and automation tools
  • Experience managing SDR workflows or outbound teams
  • Familiarity with workflow automation platforms and integrations
  • Experience with KPI-driven marketing environments
