What You'll Do as the Outbound Growth Marketing Manager:
- Build, launch, and optimize outbound email campaigns at scale
- Own and manage cold email acquisition strategy from prospecting through conversion
- Configure and maintain outbound infrastructure across platforms such as Instantly.ai, Smartlead, Apollo, Clay, and similar tools
- Monitor and improve deliverability, inbox placement, and sender reputation
- Manage domain health, email authentication, and warm-up processes
- Develop audience segmentation strategies and personalized outreach campaigns
- Create and test messaging, subject lines, call-to-actions, and campaign structures
- Build and refine prospect lists through data enrichment and targeting strategies
- Track campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization
- Generate regular reporting on pipeline creation, conversion metrics, and ROI
- Partner with leadership to support growth initiatives and revenue goals
- Implement automation workflows that improve efficiency and scalability
Must-Haves as the Outbound Growth Marketing Manager:
- Hands-on experience running outbound email campaigns
- Experience with Instantly.ai, Smartlead, Apollo, Clay, Lemlist, or similar outbound platforms
