This role blends technical infrastructure management with persuasive campaign strategy, working closely with leadership to shape overall growth workflows.

- Proven experience managing and scaling high-volume cold email campaigns
- Deep technical understanding of email deliverability, DNS configuration, and authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
- Hands-on expertise with modern outbound tools such as Instantly.ai (MUST HAVE), Smartlead, Apollo, Clay, or Lemlist
- Strong copywriting skills with a track record of creating high-converting messaging and CTAs
- Data-driven mindset with advanced analytical skills to track KPIs and execute rigorous A/B testing

The Offer
- Base Salary: $70,000 - $120,000 annually (based on experience)
