What You'll Do as the Concrete Supervisor:
- Lead and supervise concrete placement and finishing crews on civil construction projects
- Oversee daily field operations including grading, forming, pouring, and finishing
- Ensure work meets quality control standards and project specifications
- Coordinate with project managers and field leadership to keep projects on schedule
- Monitor safety practices and maintain a safe, compliant jobsite
- Train and mentor crew members to improve performance and craftsmanship
- Manage materials, equipment, and crew productivity in the field
Must-Haves as the Concrete Supervisor:
- 5 years of hands-on concrete experience in civil construction
- Proven ability to lead crews and manage field operations
- Strong knowledge of grading, placement, and finishing techniques
- Experience with quality control and reading project specifications
- Willingness to travel regionally for projects
