Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
- Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and modify treatment plans as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized therapy environment
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and staff members
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, education, human services)
- 1 years of experience in ABA or a related field
- RBT certification
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
