How You’ll Make an Impact
Provide one-to-one ABA in homes and community settings; focus on communication, daily living, and self-management skills.
Implement individualized BCBA plans with integrity; collect precise, concise session data.
Collaborate respectfully with caregivers and your supervising BCBA to support meaningful, day-to-day progress.
Pay and schedule
$19–$26 per hour, depending on experience.
Part-time, typically Monday–Friday between 4 PM and 7 PM.
Service area includes Dover, Smyrna, Camden, Harrington, Felton, and nearby Kent County communities within a 30-minute drive.

Requirements:
Access to reliable, personal transportation.
An active RBT credential is required for hire.
If you’ve completed a BACB ® -approved 40-hour RBT training and are eligible for the exam, please note this on your cover letter. Successful applicants who have completed the required coursework but have not yet taken the exam may receive support with the RBT Competency Assessment and application for the exam.
