As a BCBA at True Progress Therapy, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans for clients
- Supervise and mentor Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Provide training and support to family members and caregivers on ABA techniques and strategies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Stay current with best practices in ABA and attend professional development opportunities to maintain certification
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in ABA therapy or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- $75 - $100 HOURLY, depending on experience and qualifications
