Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and record data on client behavior using standardized assessment tools
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and team members
- Collaborate with BCBA and other team members to develop and implement behavior reduction plans
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA
- Must be certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Bilingual in English and [insert second language]
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with children with ASD or other developmental disabilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
