Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans for clients with autism and related disorders
- Conduct assessments, observations, and data collection to inform treatment decisions
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for clients
- Provide direct therapy services to clients, including one-on-one and group sessions
- Supervise and mentor BCaBAs and RBTs to ensure quality of care
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in ABA therapy
- Strong understanding of ABA principles, including assessment, treatment planning, and data collection
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Competitive hourly rate: $75 - $100 per hour
