⨖ Navigating Securities Fraud Claims and federal/state regulatory inquiries on behalf of financial institutions and public companies.
⨖ Managing Bankruptcy Litigation and complex statutory appraisal actions, ensuring technical precision in corporate valuations.
⨖ Engaging in Pro Bono Advocacy by leveraging legal expertise to support community needs and diverse social causes, with full billable credit provided for these efforts.
⨖ Active Bar Membership in the state of Delaware in good standing.
⨖ Three (3) to Five (5) years of substantive, direct experience in corporate and commercial litigation at a **major international law firm**.
⨖ Proven experience litigating within the **Delaware Court of Chancery**, with a strong command of its unique procedural rules and case law.
⨖ Superior drafting, research, and oral advocacy skills required for interaction with senior partners, clients, and the judiciary.
