We are seeking a Branch Manager, with expertise in plumbing wholesale distribution, to lead the profitability and performance of a growing B2B supply location serving Twin Falls, ID and the surrounding market. In this hands-on leadership role, you will guide and support a small team including counter sales, warehouse associates, delivery drivers, and customer service professionals while driving revenue growth and market share with commercial, residential, and service plumbing contractors.

This opportunity is ideal for a leader who thrives in a player coach environment and is comfortable leading daily operations while also stepping in to support customers, write orders, and assist the team as needed. The branch operates in a relationship-driven market and requires strong customer engagement, operational discipline, and accountability.

Compensation includes an attractive base salary, annual bonus incentives, and monthly vehicle allowance. Comprehensive benefits include 401-K with company match, annual profit-sharing bonus, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, and paid vacation, volunteer hours, sick leave, and holidays.

Essential Job Functions

  • Lead daily branch operations including counter and inside sales, customer service, inventory management, warehouse oversight, and customer delivery coordination.
  • Drive revenue growth and branch profitability through pricing discipline, contractor relationship development, and strong execution.
  • Actively support sales operations by assisting customers at the counter and over the phone as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with plumbing contractors, service professionals, and local builders.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members while maintaining clear expectations and accountability.
  • Oversee purchasing, inventory accuracy, and product availability to support service levels and margin targets.
  • Monitor and manage key performance indicators including gross profit, revenue, expenses, inventory turns, safety, on-time delivery, and accounts receivable aging.
  • Develop and execute annual business plans and budgets.
  • Ensure operational compliance and safety standards.
  • Manage hiring, training, performance evaluations, and employee relations.

Qualifications Include

  • 5 years of operations and/or sales experience in wholesale distribution, plumbing strongly preferred.
  • Leadership or supervisory experience in a branch, sales, or operations environment preferred. High potential candidates with hands-on plumbing wholesale distribution experience who are ready to grow into a leadership role are encouraged to apply.
  • Comfort operating in a hands-on, small-branch environment.
  • Experience with plumbing supplies, HVAC, building materials, irrigation, or related construction products.
  • Strong understanding of branch-level profitability, margins, and inventory management.
  • Proven ability to build customer relationships and drive sales growth.
  • High accountability, strong work ethic, and ability to lead by example.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems.
  • Desire to build a long-term career within a growth-oriented organization.
