Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of electrical construction projects, from budgeting and pre-construction through closeout.
- Lead project teams, including engineers and subcontractors.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to client specifications.
- Oversee electrical system installations, including UPS, emergency power, fire alarm, data networking, and communication wiring.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the main point of contact.
- Work effectively in regulated environments such as healthcare, chemical plants, and data centers.
- Required: Experience in the electrical construction industry (not general construction).
- Proven track record as a Project Manager on large-scale electrical projects.
- Strong portfolio of commercial, healthcare, institutional, and industrial projects.
- Understanding of design/build project delivery methods.
