What You’ll Do
- Own preventive maintenance scheduling and work order planning
- Partner with Maintenance and Plant leadership to improve equipment uptime and PM completion
- Manage parts planning, storeroom controls, and min/max inventory levels
- Coordinate purchasing, vendor quotes, POs, and inbound materials
- Track KPIs, costs, and trends tied to maintenance effectiveness
- Close work orders, validate completion, and support continuous improvement efforts
- Background in a manufacturing maintenance environment
- Experience with maintenance planning/scheduling or TPM
- Comfort working across maintenance, operations, purchasing, and suppliers
- Strong Excel and systems skills (CMMS / maintenance planning tools)
- Organized, self-directed, and comfortable working on-site in a fast-paced plant
- Monday–Thurday 6:00am-3:30pm (occasional extended coverage as needed) Frequent 3 day weekends!
