We are a civil litigation defense firm known for delivering effective representation to a broad range of clients, from Fortune 100 companies to individuals and small businesses. With twelve offices across nine states and the District of Columbia, and additional local presence elsewhere, we handle matters nationwide. Our attorneys have litigated cases in courts in more than 35 states and territories.
What We Offer
Work fully remote initially. We have offices in 9 other states and are looking to build out an office in Delaware. This Attorney will help us do this. Work will eventually be hybrid remote once the office has been settled in Delaware (2-3 days work from home per week).

- Handle a variety of civil litigation cases from inception to resolution.
- Conduct legal research, analyze data, and develop strategies for cases.
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Attend hearings, depositions, and trials as necessary.
- Insurance Defense / Civil Litigation· General / Product / Professional Liability· Personal Injury / Bodily Injury Required:
- Currently licensed in Delaware· Must live currently in Delaware· Recent insurance defense experience Bonus points for:
- Construction Litigation, Defect· Medical Malpractice, Workers Comp· Appellate
Salary : $130,000 - $180,000
