Join our Labor & Employment Group, where you will handle complex investigations, litigation, and counseling matters for employers. This role offers the opportunity to serve as a trusted advisor to clients, manage high‑stakes disputes, and contribute to the continued growth of our practice.
- Conduct internal corporate and government investigations.
- Defend and litigate lawsuits involving employment‑related claims and agency charges.
- Defend against wage and hour matters, including collective and class actions.
- Advise, counsel, and train employers on employment and labor law issues.
- Represent employers in court, before administrative agencies, mediations, and arbitrations.
- Assist in collective bargaining negotiations with labor unions.
- Defend unfair labor practice filings at the NLRB and improper practice charges at PERB.
- Advise clients on FMLA, ADA, ADEA, NYS Civil Service Law, and religious accommodation requests.
