Join our Energy, Environmental, and Utility Law Group, where you will focus on siting and permitting of electric transmission lines, electric distribution lines and natural gas pipelines. The initial focus of this work is on Article VII and Article VIII siting. This role offers the opportunity to advise clients on complex infrastructure projects, navigate permitting requirements, and represent stakeholders before regulatory agencies.

- Provide counsel on siting, permitting, and development of electric transmission lines, infrastructure and gas pipelines.
- Represent clients before the New York State Public Service Commission, Department of Public Service, and other siting regulatory bodies.
- Draft and review applications, permits, and compliance filings under Article VII and Article VII and related statutes.
- Conduct environmental and land use reviews under SEQRA.
- Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and project managers to ensure application development compliance.
- Provide litigation support in administrative hearings or disputes.
