- Represent clients in insurance defense matters from inception through resolution, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, hearings, and trial.
- Develop tailored legal strategies that align with each client's specific needs and risk tolerance.
- Provide clear, practical advice on risk management and litigation strategy.
- Maintain strong, responsive communication with clients to ensure exceptional service.
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the firm's culture of excellence and client dedication.
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar in Delaware.
- 3 years of experience in insurance defense litigation.
- Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cases independently while working collaboratively.
