Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal with a strong command of eDiscovery processes to support complex litigation matters. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of the eDiscovery lifecycle utilizing Relativity, including collection, processing, review, and production
- Analyze discovery requests and assist in preparing responses and objections
- Support document review workflows using Relativity
- Assist with privilege reviews and redaction processes
- Work closely with vendors for accurate database billing
- Maintain detailed logs of discovery efforts and document productions
- Prepare case chronologies, witness files, and deposition summaries
- Organize and manage case files, pleadings, and exhibits
- Coordinate with outside counsel and vendors on litigation support needs
- Track litigation deadlines and maintain case calendars
- Assist with subpoena responses and third-party discovery
- Draft routine legal correspondence and assist in preparing court filings
- Maintain litigation databases and knowledge management systems
- Collaborate with attorneys on trial preparation
- Ensure compliance with internal protocols and external legal requirements
- Contribute to process improvements and documentation of best practices
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal
- Must have advanced knowledge of Relativity
- Familiarity with legal hold tools and litigation management systems
- Previous experience researching and handling trial preparation in large data documents.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate required
Salary : $95,000 - $110,000
