About the Role:
In this highly visible, client-facing role, you will serve as a strategic partner to enterprise-level clients, brokers, and third‑party administrators. Acting as a trusted liaison, you’ll ensure seamless service delivery, support onboarding, strengthen long‑term relationships, and elevate the organization’s presence through regional engagement. This role requires a strong claims background, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments while managing multiple priorities with professionalism and precision.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for key clients, brokers, and TPA partners
- Support client onboarding, strategy sessions, and ongoing service delivery
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure timely responses, issue resolution, and consistent client satisfaction
- Represent the organization at regional meetings, conferences, and industry events
- Utilize CRM tools to track engagement, monitor trends, and support strategic planning
- Maintain strong awareness of claims processes, insurance programs, and client needs
- Uphold confidentiality, data integrity, and compliance standards across all interactions
Qualifications:
Required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship
- Hybrid schedule required: minimum of 3 days per week in the Philadelphia, PA office
- 4 years of experience in property & casualty insurance or a corporate client‑facing service/sales role
- Claims background required, with understanding of insurance program structures and workflows
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, digital communication tools, and data analysis platforms
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with professional and executive audiences
Preferred
- Experience in risk management or claims related to Workers’ Compensation, Commercial Auto, or General Liability
- Insurance designations such as AIC, ARM, AINS, CSP, CPCU, or AIS
Salary : $105,000 - $150,000
